The relocation of the Burberry Prorsum
Menswear 2014 Spring/Summer show from
Milan to London has been hailed as one of
the biggest vindications to date of the Italian
city's soaring fashion status.
The show was held in a massive tent on one of
the busiest corners of London's famous Hyde Park
The theme of the show was 'Writers'
and 'Panters' the writer was Alan Bennett
and the painter was David Hockney
A colour palette of primary colours, kooky
glasses, vivid mens footwear and the slouch
of clothes, a handful of brightly coloured
waterproofs co-opted the role of the classic
Burberry Trench so often seen in a well thought
out Burberry Collection!
